Judge Randell has issued a Summary Judgement in the Insurance Lawsuit. Exactly what it means remains to be seen. We won 2 out of 3 judgements. A copy of the Judgment can be read here.

The Fall 2011 General Meeting and the quarterly get-together was held at Johnny Sortino's Pizza (7880 L St), Wednesday September 28, 2011. There were 27 people (retirees and spouses) in attendance. Unfortunately there were two or three other groups in the same area so the meeting was awkward.  It was voted on to have the next meeting somewhere with a room to ourselves that serves meals and reservations are free (or refundable deposit).
